Self Pick-up
1. Once the order is ready, a pick-up notification will be sent to the contact number provided during checkout. The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct contact details. 

2. An order is available for free pick-up within 7 days from when the customer receives the pick-up notification. After the free pick-up period, $50 service charge will be charged. 

Delivery Service
1. Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any orders with spending of $600 or above.

2. Delivery charge ($80) applies on orders less than $600.

3. Orders will be arranged for SF delivery within a week after the order is confirmed.

4. All orders will be delivered by SF Express, please pay attention to the SF delivery.

5. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung). 

6. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
